Data Collection
MathDown does not collect any personal data.
The app operates entirely on your device. Your documents, calculations, and settings are stored locally and are never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
What We Don't Collect
- No analytics or usage tracking
- No document content or metadata
- No personal information
- No device identifiers
- No location data
- No cookies or tracking pixels
Local Storage
Your documents stay on your device. We never see them.
iCloud
If you choose to store documents in iCloud Drive, that storage is managed by Apple according to their Privacy Policy. MathDown does not have access to your iCloud account or credentials.
Third-Party Services
MathDown does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.
Network Access
MathDown may access the network only to:
- Load images from URLs you explicitly include in your documents
No other network requests are made by the application.
Children's Privacy
MathDown does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13 years of age.
